The login uses a name from the birthday photo plus a year you can derive from the cake. Open the computer password page for spoiler-controlled hints before the answer.

The House does not start as a clickable Nexus world. You have to finish the Disco ghost chain, then return through Creation and the Nexus until EMPTY becomes the House.

Each knocker is a short/long pattern taken from a portrait. A tap is under 400ms; a hold is 400ms or more. Pause too long and the current knock resets.
