Eleven. Every one of them has a verified unlock condition listed on this page, and none of them need a second playthrough to collect.

Yes. A single run covers all eleven as long as you include the optional actions: reading Liz’s notes to the bottom, letting the credits scroll, and trying the joke login. None of the eleven is tied to a different ending.

“No that’s not the password.”, “Snoop.” and “Thank you!”. The other eight come from required puzzles or the main story, so normal play collects them along the way. Steam’s own unlock rates agree — those three plus the deep Other World puzzles are the ones that sit below the rest.

Six of the eleven are hidden on Steam until they unlock: “I don’t want to be be buried…”, “You’re not liz…”, “Thy Neighbor”, “Dreadfully Distinct”, “sv_cheats 1” and “No that’s not the password.”. Only the last one is a true hidden action — the other five are the required Other World puzzles, which is why their unlock rates sag even though everyone passes through them.
